CLEANING OBJECT / Pipework
Follow the longest path, then test the smallest branch.
A pipe-cleaning duty begins with the actual wetted route. Record internal bore, supply and return lengths, elevation, valves and branch positions before specifying the CIP skid.
Calculate the hydraulic resistance of the complete selected path. Include fittings, meters, valves and equipment instead of using length alone.
Confirm that every intended branch receives the required conditions. An open low-resistance bypass may divert liquid away from the path being cleaned.
Provide drainable low points and a controlled destination for the return. Separate isolated or disconnected equipment from the active circuit.

Production state: cleaning supply and return are isolated under the agreed valve and control arrangement. A drawn connection does not prove safe isolation.
Equipment in this discussion
Movement
Return collection & pump
Bring used liquid back without leaving equipment flooded or starving the return path.
Routing
Supply & return valve manifold
Select a circuit and direct its returning liquid to the agreed recovery or discharge route.
Measurement
Flow & pressure measurement
Make the delivered hydraulic conditions visible at the points that matter.
