CIP CIRCUIT ENGINEERING

CIP Return Verification

Verify what actually returned from the selected equipment. Link the instrument reading to the circuit, phase and destination.

Compare supply and return in the same period

Time-align the records and include warm-up, circulation, interruptions and final rinse. A hot supply tank does not show the return or the hardest branch reached the same conditions.

Challenge diversion and restart

Check an invalid sensor, unavailable recovery destination and interrupted cycle using the agreed safe test procedure. Record the response and who authorizes restart. Keep cleaning-result acceptance separate from execution of the control sequence.

Engineering context

See the Tetra Pak Dairy Processing Handbook on cleaning dairy equipment for general cleaning-system context. The circuit drawing and acceptance conditions belong to the actual project.
