What this arrangement does
A recovery arrangement returns selected liquid to an assigned storage duty for later use. It needs a rejection path for unsuitable liquid and a clear rule for when return becomes acceptable. Recovery must be reviewed against the product soil, cleaning chemistry and contamination boundary.
When to consider it
- Defined product families where solution reuse has been assessed.
- Sites with suitable monitoring and segregated storage.
- Cleaning sequences where qualified return can be distinguished from first returns and final discharge.
The trade-off to review
Recovery adds storage, measurement and return-routing decisions. It does not justify reusing every return or mixing product families. Water, chemical or energy savings cannot be promised without the actual operating baseline.
