CIP CIRCUIT ENGINEERING

CIP Cycle Records

A usable record identifies the circuit and recipe revision, captures the measured conditions and keeps deviations visible for plant review.

Retain raw evidence with the summary

Reference the original trend file, instrument verification and inspection result. A completed checklist without those records is a prepared form, not evidence that a cleaning duty passed.

Manage a change

Record product, equipment, routing, chemistry and software changes that affect the accepted boundary. Decide whether the existing cycle remains applicable before releasing the changed duty.

Engineering context

See the Tetra Pak Dairy Processing Handbook on cleaning dairy equipment for general cleaning-system context. The circuit drawing and acceptance conditions belong to the actual project.
