CIP CIRCUIT ENGINEERING

Mobile vs Centralized CIP

Choose the installation around the locations, access and cleaning window. Movement and distribution introduce different interfaces.

Survey the complete route

Record the actual locations, access openings and service connections. For a mobile skid, review safe movement and hose handling. For a central station, mark distribution and return branches on the site drawing.

Test a change of connection

The acceptance plan should include a wrong-connection prevention check, a return failure and recovery after an interrupted sequence. Assign the plant and skid responsibilities before installation.
