Information used

We use the contact and engineering details you submit to review and respond to your project. Company and country are optional. Do not include credentials, private customer records or sensitive process documents in the public form.

To understand which entry led to a project enquiry, this tab stores the first page path, the external referrer origin and recognized campaign labels (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content and utm_term) until the tab closes. A source record is used for attribution for up to 24 hours; an expired record is removed on the next page visit or form submission. A new page visit may start a new source record. Page query strings, URL fragments and referrer search details are not retained. Only short campaign labels are accepted; email-like values and arbitrary query fields are excluded. This information accompanies a submitted enquiry to the receiving mailboxes. If session storage is unavailable, only the current page source can accompany the enquiry. The form body is not stored with this visit record.

Processing and delivery

The form is processed on Cloudflare. Turnstile verifies submissions against automated abuse; network information is used for that check and rate limiting. Accepted enquiries are sent to the configured operational receiving mailboxes for this domain. Email delivery is not a guarantee of final inbox receipt.

Receipts and retention

A request identifier, content digest and delivery status are retained for up to seven days to avoid duplicate sends. This browser tab also keeps the request identifier and status in session storage so a refresh does not retry an uncertain submission; the form body is not saved there. The enquiry body is not stored in that receipt record or intentionally written to application logs. Mailbox copies may be retained for the project discussion; contact us for access or deletion requests.
