INDUSTRY APPLICATION / CIP

Dairy processing CIP systems

Dairy cleaning connects the product-contact equipment with a defined cleaning sequence. Separate cold transfer paths from heat-affected surfaces and identify which tanks, valves, exchangers and filler sections belong to each duty.

01

Heated product paths

Start with exchanger and holding-section information, operating history and equipment-supplier cleaning limits.

02

Storage and transfer

Review vessel cleaning-device coverage, pipe routing and low-point drainage together.

03

Product changes

Identify the plant’s requirements for product-family and allergen segregation.

04

Release evidence

Agree the cleaning records, inspections and validation work for the actual equipment boundary.

Define the cleaning boundary

Cleaning, disinfection and any sterilization objectives must be specified separately. A generic cleaning skid does not establish an aseptic process.
